Epassporte Reps in Here?

I signed up with a new account and by accident entered a wrong email address. You have taken my deposit and I cannot access my account because I cannot check an email that is wrong.

I have called 3 times, gave correct email. You said would be done in 1 hour.
3rd call I asked for a supervisor, he said I can help you and we will fix while you are on the phone. That was two days ago.

I emailed 3 times and get it will be fixed and like they are not even reading what I am typing.

PLEASE HELP
