No, you didn't actually answer my questions (plural), you provided an answer designed to obfuscate what I was inquiring about. Therefore, I simplified it down to one easily answerable single question, which again you did not answer.
One reason people are skeptical is because you appear to have left open the possibility that Lightspeed or a proxy will be releasing the video. I'm giving you an opportunity to put that to rest...
Please provide me, and this forum, with an honest answer (not a response designed to not respond) to the following single question:

Can you uniquivocably state that Lightspeed or a proxy will not release the Jordan Capri honeymoon hardcore scene?
If so, then I applaud your efforts to suppress it.
If you can't, then this whole thing appears to possibly be an orchestrated marketing ploy, or at the very least ends in a cop-out, in which your quest for profits outweighs all of the other previously stated concerns, and calls into question if they were ever real to begin with.
Honestly, if I shot a video of my wife and I on our honeymoon, and I didn't want it released, I would do everything to supress it, and I would not even consider the position to make a profit off of it myself under any circumstances.
If despite my efforts, others succeeded to make a profit off of it illegally, I would recoup all of the money and then some through the courts by suing them.
I'm seeking neither to argue or debate. I have proferred a simple question, which an honest person/organization should be able to answer honestly without hesitation or the need to consult or hide behind legal counsel.
I even laid out a scenario that anyone reading this should be able to relate to - if the video was of you and your newlywed bride, would you try and profit from it? Most people, if they were honest with themselves, would say that there is no way they would try and profit from it irregardless if someone else was. To do otherwise would undermine their moral grounds for complaint.
I don't dislike Steve, the Lightspeed company, or Jordan. If someone actually stole the video and is trying to profit from it, then I think that is despicable, and I hope that the culprit will have to forfeit all profits and be punished for their crime.
