Mother fucking asshole if you ask me, cause people around here asked him to release the funds so others can use them, others like NOCARRIER AND HIS LITTLE SON ! Mr.Bolduc even sent nice "lawyer letters" to some radio stations to STFU or get off his back !

Nice man huh ?
This is why i said that. Nothing related to Samuel, please don't kill what we have started !!!!!!
All i'm saying is that this asshole (Mr.Bolduc) as money to help out ! Money raised to HELP OTHERS in the same situation
Fabien, it was more like $450,000.00 and the remaining amount in the fund is like $211,000.00. The problem was that in Quebec, a Trust fund is dissolved with a death and the main fiduciary is entitled to do what he pleases. The thing is that the opposing people which are part of the Trustees want a detailed listing of where the funds were used and how the rest will be used.
Mr. Bolduc, wants to do what he pleases with the funds (and is legally entitled to). I don't think the Supreme Court has yet made a decision though.

It could help a lot of people in the future, however, on that same note, does anyone know what that family lost before that? Or the domino effect it will have on their finances? I just think they shouldn't be given full access rightaway. Give them time to get back on their feet and help with their road to recovery. Then when they are of clear mind, allow them to make their decisions.
