That's their problem though, and the customer shouldn't have to pick up the bill to cover their wages. Paying for your meal or whatever is enough. A tip should always be at the customers own choice.
I hardly ever tip here. The service normally sucks.
The worst place i have ever been for tipping is Ibiza. They fetch you a beer at the bar, and expect a tip. For getting one damn drink which is right behind them. That's their job
