Most gambling sites arein the UK theya re no longer accepting traffic from America and not American can no longer be affiliates. Same thing would happen to porn on the net under similar regulation. No Americans could be affiliates and non-American affiliates would not be able to make money on US traffic. So going offshore doesn't mean squat.
