DENIED. so I log in, and I get a msg on oct1st saying they are sending a replacement, that other card is active until OCT2006. so I send a msg to support thinking its a mistake, that surely they should have left it active unyil oct is over... but no.. here is the response lol pretty amateur to me to leave a client without his card for some time just for a renewal...

This has to be the worst bull I ever heard... cancelling a card without any transition period in between renewals... you just send a message saying that
1- a new card is renewed automatically (and charged)
2- your old card is now de-activated.
3- we will be mailing a replacement.

who the hell thought of this system where you don't get a transition period? any credit card or accounts I had with anyone, weather it is my visa/mastercard/amex/paypal had a transition period...

I am truly disapointed in this service right now. this is bullshit.

I apologize for the hassle you have had getting this solved.
Unfortunate sometimes when a new card is ordered the bank reset the pin code on your current card.
Please try changing your pincode (only fill out the new pin code nothing else) then it should work.
If you continue to have problems please contact me with your account name.

Thanks
