These kind of arrests have been happening in places where it is licensed too, California and south Florida. Each one is a threat, and this one is as big a soapbox as they could find. The schedualing of this was pure political and with all the noise they could muster. That should be a wakeup call for everyone in this industry to rally together for a common cause. Even if we dont like each other, and most of us do, we are going to have to work together for OUR common good.
