Also, I've been awaiting a reply from the SALES team for the past 5 hours and nothing. If the sales team doesn't reply, I can't even begin to think what the support department is.

I believe DH is on the East Coast, so its Saturday 6PM there. I'm pretty on top of things but even I can't promise 5 hr. reply time on sales tickets. Support tickets are a different story, and thats what you should really be focusing on. See if they have a support email address listed on their site and send a message asking a technical question, see how long it takes to reply.
