i struggle.. just like everyone struggles. its hard. its hard for anyone wanting to lose weight. its 10 times harder for to go from 15% bodyfat to 8% than it is to be obese and lose that extra fat.
the worse part about those problem is that the people who are doomed to fail are those who rationalize failure.
and regardless of what you posted, you still are very confused as dietary fat intake and insulin are not related. ... furthermore, 40 grams of
healthy fats is a lot for a woman in a day. thats what i would be eating as a 230 pound, 5'10" male as i tried to lose weight.
... and taking xenical to prevent your body from absorbing fat isn't necessary if you are not eating those fats to begin with. thats what you don't seem to get. the problem is that you are taking a drug to prevent your body from digesting fat because you simply cant stop eating those fats. if you could, the drug would be of absolutely no benefit whatseover. its a crutch. its an easy way out. nothing more.
