and yeah... this is a topic that i am a little pissy about. i dont like busting my ass, being in the gym 5 days a week or more, setting goals, working hard, eating perfectly, doing tons of cardio for fight the same problems an obese person is only to have them say "oh... well, its not my fault" - it is.
i have been slacking off, stopped the cardio and have been eating like shit for about 4 months now. i gained quite a bit of weight (about 20 pounds). its 100% my fault. the difference between me and someone that allows themself to get obese is that i take responsibility for it, i will change my diet completely, hit the weights and cardio again and change it.
... or... i can just gain 100 more pounds in the next 18 months, then blame everything but me and demand that airlines give me a second seat for free everytime i fly.
