Wow 40G of fat is alot if you ask me for a serious diet.. I eat mostly veggies and it pretty much solves everything.. Because its impossible to get fat if you eat veggies and chicken/turkey once in awhile isnt it? I think I might eat about 12G of fat a day.. And never trans or saturated above 3G either if at all.
