simple, when the other africans(sudanese for example) were rounding up the problem black(liberianfor example) on the continet, they took theives and bums etc to cleanse the continent of trouble, when the slaves were put on the ships, which were horrible living conditions a high % died, and only the very strongest phsically survied, the rest died, so when they breed with each other here, they only bred from a strong health gene pool. but they also bred the crime gene as well. then add in a bunch of enviromental elements such as being a slave and not speaking the language, and then being dumped out into society after slavery was abolished, and you have your blacks of today. for better or worse
