If the model was underage, trust me, Nasty (or any other company) would be working dilligently to get the content removed.
Model remorse is NOT a valid reason to remove content, unless the model is will to pay each and every person involved for their time and effort to remove that content (which I really doubt would ever happen).
Now, that being said, it wouldn't hurt to cycle out some of the content and put up fresh now and again?
