I am not suposed to be in here, but since I am I will take a shot at it.....
Take a hammer and slam it upon you thumb, I am guess the pain from that will make the cramps go away..........
Or you can take birth control pills daily and never have a period again, what I mean is do not take the placibos, take the real thing on them off days, estregin everyday will turn off the valve....
