Something my contractor friends and I once discussed. In most areas a good contractor is booked anywhere from 30-90 days out. Suddenly a natural disaster strikes and 20,000 homes need work.
Who the hell is able to start work on the houses? Most of them having very low insurance company limits on estimates?
