Hmm..Three ways to know..

1) One day late at night, some fucker comes knocking at your door with a big ass box that has a lable that says FTC Vs. yourname,

2) you get thick envelope that says "United States Of America Vs. yourname"

3) your on the government shit list here:

I've been on "one and two". Thankfully not on 3.
