While you guys were arguing about stupid shit I called my computer geek in Europe, who called his attorney, in order to evaluate the Rapidshare situation. Result:
If the owner is located in Germany they are in for both, distribution of porn without a backdoor protection (violation of the German federal criminal code) and copyright infringement (personal liability).
If we all stick together we could kick some serious ass without it costing anything. Anyone in the mood to do something about it?
