Ok my patience has more than run dry now.

I need a registrar that accepts both .com & .ca & that has CUSTOMER SERVICE <-- meaning, when you have submit a support ticket, someone actually reads it before replying after 2 days with another question that was answered in the support ticket to begin with.

I need a registrar that doesn't 'lose' your good domains after charging you 3x for the friggen domain to begin with and then 'pretend' that you never registered it.

I need a registrar that even if they have english speaking telephone support, that the actual 'CSR's know how to take action rather than give you the 'if you raise your voice I have to end the call' or the 'if you mention legal I can't discuss **CLICK** (bastards)

So - any registrars have efficient systems & reasonably smart employees representing the company?

Over 200 domains to start transferring out.
