bwaha so if they put " we reserve the right to kick you in the balls every friday " the users wouldnt be annoyed in any way because they consented beforehand..
On one hand they have a point , on the other hand im sure 99% of people wouldnt agree to the terms if they knew exactly what zango was doing..
"Bruzzese claims Zango does not in any way overwrite cookies that are tagged with affiliate ID codes. "
No of course they dont , the advertisers they sell to do...

They don't care what "we" think (we =The couple hundred or so webmasters here who know that they are full of shit) That was written for the thousands of webmasters who have not really followed this and the millions of possible surfers who don't know what is going on and may read the article. It's all PR, and spin.
Can someone get me in touch with Xbiz I would like to reply with my own comments. That article just put me back on the warpath.
In partcular the part " ?An individual jumped to a conclusion and launched a forum-based war of words without even bothering to contact us to make sure he understood what was happening.?
I understand perfectly clear you fucks. I jumped to a conclusion that these idiots later CONFIRMED was a problem and THEY asked AFF to stop. But this company is so damn stupid they thought I said AFF and admitted problems with them when what I was talking about (and recorded a video) of a clickcash cookie that was being over written from their zango ads.
