Except that it's illegal as you have no USDA permit to sell medical marijuana, and hence the site even if you deliver nothing is illegal...
Im sure Paypal and your host will kill the site when too many people see it, not too mention the fact that selling even medical marijuanna is illegal online.
You have no way to actually verify that anyone comming to your site has a prescription for it, so .... well, nuff said
