First off, it's Bush this, Bush that. Nobody makes any mention of who wrote the law, the Sentators and Congressmen that passed the law in the two Houses, or ultimately the voters who elected both houses and the oval office full of the same party. Honestly, I'm not even American and I'd bet I understand your own political system better than most of you half-wits.

Now we have people comparing one country protecting it's boarder from another country's invading population, to the Berlin wall.
