As for the Requesters - I use Chameleon, in addition I am even the part of Chameleon Submitter Team - and I am still 100% satisfied
seriously, the tool requires a little investment, but its possibilities are huge and with the brand new version that has been recently released - its a great Requester and Manager of your exisitng Partner Accounts too. With loads of its features it is a great help.
Plus if you work with Chameleon Submitter already, those 2 are working great together.
