Dont get me wrong i love epassporte and overall im fairly happy with the service.. That doesn't mean i cant sympathize when i see someone with a problem and i certainly wouldnt presume everyone is wrong simply because i'm not having an identical problem.

Sure I sympathize when people have problems, and I'm certain there are a lot of legitimate problems among the many customers of ePassporte.
Still, when someone comes ranting on the boards (unless you know them very well) you can't be sure you're getting the WHOLE story. In a way, ePassporte is defenseless against such attacks because they HAVE to keep the clients' information confidential, whether the person is lying or not.
If they accuse anyone of fraudulent transactions, they do it privately; they don't bring it to the boards.
