yeah I got paid also, but still have a few concerns like an other poster said they started with not telling the truth most likely they tought they could solve in a day or 2 well now its more then a week so the question will be are they ever going to solve it?
on an other note now i see a lot of failed transactions on Visa so it looks like something is changed also with that, and do not forget we pay 60 cents per failed transaction.
members who had to rebill after the 19th and used mastercard their accounts are set to inactive but the rebill are still active so whats going to happen with them?
those members are not mailed by paymonde what should be an easy thing for them to do.
a lot of questions and concerns, but they must hurry to fix it.
I have set my own deadline and if all things are not fixed by that date it will be bye bye paymonde and hello verotel
