While I appreciate the pic you are posting in every thread, please note that a tranny fisting her own ass is not very shocking these days.

May I suggest going old school and posting the tried and true "*******" or possibly a pic of a man cutting off his own penis. Those are good for stopping people in their tracks. If that fails, go ultra hardcore and post pics of dogs or cats being tortured in China. But a self fisting tranny is simply not hard enough these days. Sorry.
