Funds2Go card products and services are hosted at a secure banking facility in Scarborough, Ontario. Due to a major water
break in the area this past Friday, Bell Canada, as well as all other major Internet providers have lost service, which in
turn, has caused a lack of connection to our servers.
Please be advised: All Debit cards are still operating as normal, however all web banking site functionalities are
interrupted (Card Activation, load, balance inquiry, etc). Also, if you have already loaded money onto your card, the
amount loaded will automatically appear on your card balance once service has been restored.
ESTIMATED DURATION: We expect service to be back up today (Monday October 30th 2006)
