FHM lets tell what happened in court.. First off the 1900.00 you said was owed to you was not.. She said it was only 900.00 due to the fact that you had a affidavit from the programmer that was involed in this project.. After I spoke with him all he had to say was ,
my statement was 2 sentances
that said checks were in my name and signed over into an account that wasn't mine
the rest was editorialized and I didn't have the patience to fight it
and had there not have been a notary 10 ft away
the only thing compelling me to comply
was learning that I was your defense as well as the name to which checks were made out
