I broker domain deals for several clients, and one of them is interested in purchasing an affiliate program and or established sites that already have a members base.

The content can be exclusive or semi, but more consideration will be given to exclusive sites. All content must have proper 2257 docs.

Competitive rates will be paid for the program or sites. My client does not have a budget or an amount in mind, he is ready for several deals if it has to be.
