Good to hear you are having success with them. Let me add in my to the coffer.

Probably about 2 months ago now, I had changed processors, and added in Paymonde, and CCBill to my cascade (Verotel added in later).

Now I was not too happy about having to wait a month, when CCBill was 2 weeks to get checks rolling in, but I waited. I had heard good things, and people I trust recommended them.

Well after waiting a month, my wire did not come on time. I called them, and a few days later I received my loot. They even added in the 2nd week's owed, which was a nice touch. Everything peachy.

The next few payments came as they should. Even early by a business day coming in the Friday prior. Outstanding! My Verote; does the same 90% of the time. Everything rawking. Happy as a clam.

Then they lose their MasterCard. No notice to myself, or others. Well other than a whole shitload of failed transactions showing in the reports. Um, ok. So then I talk to some friends, and they had not heard anything either. Then I ask on GFY.

A few days later, some notices show up in the control center. Now keep in mind, I e-mailed people from Paymonde the url of a link asking what was going on, so they could come in and answer (like Verotel, and CCBill often do) so they could defuse it. Especially since I was just asking, and not slamming them.

Again nada.

Then you start hearing about other webby's having issues. Not good.

Again silence.

Now if their M.C. issues are a bump in the road, and they are working on them. Fine. I had them mainly for VISA card customers anyways before adding in Verotel to the cascade.

But not answering support tickets, ICQ's, e-mails, or board postings are THEMSELVES making what could be a minor misunderstanding, into a bigger issue.

It's fairly simple. Keep myself, and merchants, paid on time, and in the loop.
