$458,000 for a building lot. Obviously an expensive neighborhood. I would think most parents are as concerned about loosing property value.
There is a fine line when talking about a home business.
Example. A plumbing business run from home.
Are we talking about someone answering a telephone, taking messages, setting appointments.
Or are we talking about vans with roofladders parked in the street, supplies stored in the garage, employees reporting in, etc.....
Both are home businesses. I don't want to live next to a plumbing business. I have no problem living next to a plumbing contractor.
Do these "porn" people run their business with just computer equipment or is it produced there as well?
