I can't believe this is still an issue. Wow.
Depending on how much money or information is at stake here, why don't one of you hop a plane and make sure the papers get delivered? I realize thats really putting forth a lot of extra money and time, but like I said, depends what's at stake.
Its a real shame when people bite feeding hands.
