this is beautiful example of metric system. 8.67 does not exist in English Imperial system you love. This is metric system (100 smaller units in one big).
Here you see, that English Imperial is not capable to measure fuel you bought and you have use metric methodology to easily measure hunderds of gallon.
Funny is, that by trying to defend English Imperial System, you just show, that it's outdated and metrics is much better...
