As I recall, we were the first company in the adult hosting world to STOP requiring contracts back in 1997...my philosophy was that I wanted clients to stay with us because they were happy not because they had signed a contract. That is a noble idea, but not realistic in the world of big business...and it is not why you may think.
Once a hosting company gets as large as NatNet then you have to start dealing with Bankers and CPAs and Certified P&L's and the like on a level like I never anticipated. These guys are the ones that are wondering "Where are the contracts?" It is something that we do to keep them off our backs. In the history of NatNet, not ONCE have we ever enforced a contract on a client that was not happy with our service.....hell, we have never enforced a contract period. Of course, I cannot say what tomorrow may hold but if past experience is an indicator of future performance then I really believe that you should not concern yourself with a simple agreement...but ultimately that is your call. I hope that you can see through this and come join the NatNet Family.
I am actually with my son in Detroit today heading to the Falcons game...I will be home in Atlanta tonight and back in the office tomorrow. If you would like to talk directly to me call me at 1-888-4-NATNET and let's get you on board

Thank you, again. I just found it odd that your company was the only one asking for a contract. I was initially told it was 24 months, which I turned down. Then, I was emailed and told 12 months.
I, too, am leaving for a game (Bucs vs. Saints). I will give you a call tomorrow to talk more in depth. Do I just ask for "T"?
