What a minute, are you trying to say the Imperial system is incapable of dealing with anything but integers?
Decimals are base 10, that has NOTHING to do with "metric methodology" as you like to call it. It's been around long before metric was ever even thought of.
I'm starting to see why after 9 months you're still so confused.
