If you cannot submit to sites because the network YOU are HOSTED on, has created a disturbance and been blocked due to ABUSE, then that is something you should take up with AdultEUHost.
They are the ones who abused our network with attacks, portscans, causing OUR customers servers to experience negative internet connectivity.
We do care, and we feel sympathy for the people involved in this that are experiencing negative effects, however AdultEUHost brought this on to themselves.
This might come to a resolution if Leon from AdultEUHost starts speaking with us via an offsite email address.

I understand all this. I've read it and heard it from other people.
What you need to understand is this:
1. Submitters from all networks submit to sites on your network and pay to submit there.
2. Being on Adult EU Host wether or not they did anything wrong shouldn't be my problem. I paid to submit to sites on your hosting, I should be able to submit.
3. There's a lot of people affected by this, there's a lot of submit passes involved in it and there's gonna be a lot of hassle.
I understand where you are coming from, but it still affects your customers and Adult EU Hosts customers.
