First of all, dont start when you are not aware of things.
AdultEUhost (adult) is no reseller but the same company as InterXS (mainstream).
Besides that we were not the party who decided to start blocking traffic as we will never do without at least contacting the other company.
29 Gbit/s in use on a 31 Gbit/s network and you call that top-notch?
