If you are pulling that much bandwidth it would take one hell of an attack to overload your routers as is. Second off just like any other company you contact them and tell them theres an attack agaist the network. The host then null routes the ips and kicks the customer off then un null routes the ips simple as that. You do not block an entire network unless your up to some shaddy shit.
