Should I be more tolerant because of this? The person also keeps saying I deserve it. Do you think anything warrants being spit on? What if I was yelling or aguing real loud? Would that have warranted it or does NOTHING warrant/deserve getting spit on?

You know what lady you got issues. First off you need to get the fuck out of there. Second of all you need some serious counseling. Then you need to focus on YOUR life. You continue down the path you are they are gonna find your ass laying in a ditch somewere. If he spiting on you im sure he is also doing other things. I feel sorry for you in a way and in a way i dont. I seen this shit to many times includeing one of my own family members.
