On the stove tonight:
Sauteed yellow squash with onions, garlic and mushrooms... to be served over long grain and wild rice (microwave Uncle Ben's, we cheated;))
That's cornbread muffins on the side, and jumbo Gulf shrimp frying in the skillet.

A pork roast for the meat eaters (my friend and my dog, I think it looks gross in this pic, lol

The shrimp for me... mmm!

Gonna dip 'em in homemade tartar sauce
