different... but if your going to make a video to show case your programming / design skills .. you would think he would have kept people he was sending it to in mind.
1- they need to know what he is trying to say
2- the choppy design made it look like he may not know much about flash or marketing
3- I'm sure if he just fixed up the video a little it would be great ...
But even if he does nothing the video will end up on youtube and the emails with offers will start to come in. I'd think about hiring him he has already shown that he can think outside the box...
