LegendaryLars would have no case against Will - he admitted what he's doing and Will along with thousands of other webmasters know it's a shitty thing and Will can call him out on it all he wants. In a libel or slander suit the best defense is that you are telling the truth - it's not the only issue but i will bet there's never been a successful libel or slander case where the alleged defamation was shown to be substantially true.
