That is exactly NOT what is suppose to happen, because an unsuspecting or click fingered person couldclick the play button without reading all the terms, and the pre-ticked box means nothing will stop them from getting the freaking toolbar dumped on them.

It fails the stink test - and it means that the end user has consented to nothing, because there is no way to tell that the user in fact agreed and was aware.

it is another slimey way to operate, and much in keeping with zango's checkered past.
