Do you want to crop every pic the same, or are you needing to crop each one manually?

If you need to do each pic manually just set the size of your crop tool in photoshop so each turns out the same size. While the crop tool is selected, you will see a properties bar up the top (in cs) with a drop down that has an option 'fixed size' ... select this and it will let you enter a pixel value for width and height.

Another program that hasn't been mentioned here is debabelizer (www.equilibrium.com) ... you can setup batch lists and scripts with a number of properties including the ability to, for example, crop 21 pixels from the bottom and 43 from the right.
