Nowadays you have to pay for being a Trusted Submitter in many Tgp`s so my guess is, if you dont have any money start with FreeSites then buy a good autosubmitter, add as many Tgp`s you can, and start sending galleries.
I read somewhere that now only 10-20% traffic is really free on galleries.
