this is the base part of the crane... the boom is pointing straight to the left in the pic, reached across the street and killed a guy in his apartment
the damaged building in the pic is a 3-4 story building where the crane smashed the end of it completely behind it is a taller building and you can see where it hit the side of that building at about the 10th floor maybe, smashing into a couple offices
