No you can't.
Think of it like this. I'm going to use nice round numbers as an example, they may not be accurate.
3,000,000 million visitors a day to the hun
2% of surfers infected with Zango.
That means a "zango banner" on the hun is only being displayed to 60,000 of the hun's visitors. It's clearly not the same thing as buying a banner on the hun.
