that's something i don't understand either. i can burn the content on DVD and send it - then it's no problem. although i have to send it from czech rep. and it takes a week to arrive (and can possibly get lost)
but when i give a webmaster his content as a download right after he paid it's suddenly high risk - what a bullshit
no one seems to understand the difference between a surfer that potentially does a chargeback for 29.95 and webmasters, that buy content for their business.
all you webmasters must be really dangerous and not trustable that everyone thinks that when you buy something it's a "high risk"
