Shit.. even if it is increased to $7, that is prob the lowest min wage in any western country. Australia is over $10, UK $9.60, France $10.50 ish.
For people over 21 I think the UK is more like $11 an hour. Not sure but the last time I had a normal job when I was in college I was getting paid $9 an hour. That was 5 years ago now.
