Yep. Good prose and organized thoughts are both good; documented evidence of possible criminal activity, and/or documented evidence of conduct that fails to comport with what they've agreed to do under the proposed consent agreement - either of those would be even better.

Honestly, research like Ben Edelman's, alone, might be enough to get the FTC to reexamine their settlement with Zango, assuming the information he has presented is accurate, and his data (and documentation of that data) holds up to scrutiny.
