OK, I totally agree that if they are in fear of losing their processing and thus business, that justifies them doing what they have to that is still legal to stay afloat.

But, that doesn't seem plausible given what else they have said, like it represents such a small percentage of traffic...(if they are on verge of losing their ability to process if they lose zango signups then I would have no problem with them lying to hide this fact to protect their company's lifeline).

If they need zango to stay compliant with visa, that is deeply disturbing to affiliates and clients i imagine and what about targetting their competitors and all the other stuff that doesn't support your contentions.
